2 YEARS OF GOOD WORK!
Robin Hood is a non-profit organisation that helps children develop academically and emotionally from low income families in Máncora, Peru. Many of the children are undernourished and suffer from emotional and social problems.
Our aim? To improve the welfare of the children of Máncora through education; covering both the academic as well as social and emotional development through a 2 year after school development program for 10 to 12 year olds. We work directly with 4 state schools that actively participate in Robin Hood, providing class rooms and what little additional facilities they have.
Robin Hood is based on the belief that one person’s dreams may not change the world but one person’s actions do.
Our strategic goal for the next 4 years is to maintain and develop Robin Hood in Peru, to partner with other NGOs, and have multiple Robin Hood projects running across the globe. Small, personnal, and effective projects.
